Mobile Homes (pitch fees) Bill.

The Bill has been brought forward.  It will now receive COMMITTEE STAGE, tomorrow Wednesday 22nd February in the House of Lords.  The meeting starts at 3pm on Parliament Live TV.

Mobile Homes (Pitch Fees) Bill

This important Bill to change the increase to the pitch fee from RPI to CPI, has been successfully campaigned for since 2014 by the Park Home Owners JUSTICE Campaign. It has been steered through the House of Commons by Sir Christopher Chope OBE MP and yesterday, 3rd February 2023, passed its 2nd reading in the House of Lords, moved by Lord Udny-Lister.  It is now at committee stage and moving closer to Royal Assent. (hopefully in the very near future.)

We, the members of the JUSTICE Campaign changed the law to stop Sale Blocking and now we are on the way to changing the law again.
